ACHC operates a full service medical clinic at this south side location. Serving individuals and families living in Dane County, ACHC is staffed by licensed physicians, nurses and other medical professionals. All services are by appointment only. Medical Assistance, BadgerCare, Medicare and most private insurances are accepted. Sliding discounts, based on income and family size, are available for those who have no health insurance or have high deductibles.
